ExperienceMs. Fitzgerald began her legal practice with McCormick Barstow in 2009. Prior to that she worked at the firm as a Summer Associate in 2008. Ms. Fitzgerald was a law clerk for AARP Foundation Litigation Employee Benefits Group, where she worked on amicus briefs to Federal Courts of Appeal of the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Fitzgerald was also a law clerk for Workplace Flexibility 2010. In addition, Ms. Fitzgerald interned with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, the Eisenhower Institute and Talk Radio News Service all in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Fitzgerald is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts, and U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.

Community InvolvementMs. Fitzgerald has donated over 100 hours of pro-bono legal work with the National Veterans Legals Services Program located in Washington, D.C. She was also a volunteer for the Innocence Project at Georgetown University Law School.
