LITIGATION ATTORNEYS (Las Vegas, NV office): McCormick Barstow Sheppard Wayte & Carruth LLP, an AV rated firm, is hiring a lateral attorney for our Las Vegas Practice Group, which specializes in the representation of insurance companies primarily in the areas of First- and Third-Party Insurance Defense, Construction Defect, Insurance Coverage, Fraud and Bad Faith. Candidate should have excellent writing and research skills. Those with 5-10 years experience, including five or more jury trials and at least two first chair jury trials, are encouraged to apply. Insurance defense and personal injury trial experience required.
